Well its just past 3.30pm and she's alive still and has had another feed and toilet. She's sure tenacious.
I've
rubbed her little body gently with sorbolene so her skin wont dry out
or crack..checked her temp..done about as much as I can for now. I am
trying to find a smaller teat so I can judge her intake better..the
teats I have here are for those critters at least two months older with
a higher flow rate...i have to watch it doesn't go down her lungs and
ensure I let her take the lead as much as possible. Her body is almost
transparent she is so small..yet so perfectly formed her whiskers her
claws are already there and her tail is already reflexing..i swear she
sucked her foot this afternoon.
Well Scully...we'll see what the
next 24 hrs holds..thats the only way I can do this..one day at a
time...try to keep my hopes reigned in..and just enjoy being with her
now.
