Outdoor retreat for our little brood

Recent rains have meant an influx of ducklings who's nests have been swept away in rising floodwaters.
We now have 11 little ducklings in care and yesterday they experienced their first real full day outdoors since arriving.
As they grow we are able to expand the shelter range of food and water on offer...and they are loving the little jungle of what once was our vegie patch.

and no you're not seeing things..there is a little brown wooduck there too...he's a ring in and his name is Famous Fonzi ( see last blog) :)
All ducklings are going well..though one seems to be having some tendon trouble even he is growing fast..they have all come very far and have settled in nicely....its very soothing to watch them.
