Yesterday police arrested and charged a Melbourne man with animal cruelty over the arrow shooting attack on a kangaroo in Bundoora.
The man, who has not been named, was charged with reckless conduct
endangering life, hunting protected wildlife and four counts of
aggravated cruelty.
