This gorgeous peacock coloured homing pigeon was dropped off last night. He was in a bad way and I originally thought his feet had been mangled. It turns out it was old muck and mud..stuck in clumps like rock to his tiny nails. After a good soak and having had his nails clipped he is currently occupying the possy avairy and seem to be settling. He is very underweight but other wise in good health. I think I''ll call him Coo. ( well! you think of a better name :)

I'll give him a day or two to eat as much as he wants and get his strength back, then release him. He is tagged so is registered and hopefully, now he can fly again, will head on home. If you think he is yours...please email me and quote his tag number and I will be happy to release him into your custody.
